This is GLORIFIED CIRCUIT TRAINING at its best with roughly 50 seconds at each station. If you need to...start late, finish early or hammer down and beat the buzzer. Do the best you can at each station. Expect a fast paced hour with quick and noticeable results. We often break the ever changing circuits up with a quick lap or some just bodyweight exercises or groundwork core exercises that are ideal to practice in the comfort of your your home.
**All the components of fitness and athleticism are factored into each class. Your pushing, pulling, core and lower body muscles with be challenged using free weights, medicine balls, resistance tubing, cables, your own bodyweight, plyo boxes, balance boards, bars, rings, chains and more. Increase your speed, agility, quickness, speed, stamina, balance, flexibility, strength, explosiveness , foot and hand eye co-ordination, reaction , stability and body composition / weight loss / tone. ****** The class that does it all *******
