Advanced Core Women's / Co-Ed

They say " your waist line is your life line " and your lower back is the weak link in the kinetic chain.... well....your CORE is 50 percent of your body, protects your organs, is responsible for good posture and is the nucleus of all movements.

TARGETS : abs, obliques, low back, hip flexors, intercostals and serratus. Static, dynamic and rotational movements are employed using resistance tubing, medicine balls, bosu, stabilizer x-board, cables, just body, ab slings, bars, rings and chains ( BRC )
