Junior Athlete Development Program
Marc St.Jules founded Advanced Athletics Training Academy in 1999 in White Rock BC, Canada. Since that time Marc has worked with countless teams and individual athletes from all sports from the House League and High School levels right up to the Olympic, Professional and National Team Level.
Some of the minimum 4 years enrolled Alumni from the Junior Athlete Development Program, representing all sports include : Nathan Li ( Team Canada and Kentucky Wildcats Div 1 Soccer ) Adam Kleeberger ( Team Canada Rugby ) Kyle Wison and Chad Clifford ( Team Canada Basketball ) Kyle Lotzkar ( Team Canada Baseball and Cincinnati Reds First Round Draft Pick ) Ben Walter ( Team Canada Hockey and Boston Bruins Draft Pick ) Calvin McCarty ( Edmonton Eskimos Football ) Martin Reader ( Team Canada, Olympic Beach Volleyball )
Sport Specific, Individual Player and Position Specificity, Age Considerations ?
** Some of the Sport Specific Programs group 1 or more sports together. There is a natural progression to the programs and foundation training is needed before moving on to the more advanced sport specific exercises and movement patterns.
The programs evolve one level at a time based on the pace of the individual athlete. Expect all the components of fitness and athleticism to be targeted during each full body workout and training session. This acts as part of the foundation training and screening process which will help to identify weak links and imbalances.
Age and Gender : The classes are open to both males and females aged 13 to 17. The athlete himself / herself must want to be here rather than the parents pushing them here.
Cost : 6 week course is $90 ( minimum 6 athletes required ) athletes will meet 1 x week.
