Advanced Strength Women's / Co-Ed

There is no question that our FIT CAMPS produce quick, constant and noticeable results in strength gains. However, if your looking for more RAW, GROWLY, BEAR STRENGTH then this class is for you. Heavy weights, forced reps and focused, full range negatives are coming your way. Exercises will include Bench Press, Dead Lifts, Squats, Shrugs, Farmers Walks, Pull-ups, Dips and Olympic Lifts.
